If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

All prices in the Julian Red Store are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Swedish VAT.

Julian Red Store reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Payment
Julian Red Store accepts payment by VISA and Mastercard. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 4 days from the time you placed your it. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Sweden the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Sweden the shipping information will include carrier information.
Shipping and collecting packages within Sweden
Orders within Sweden will be shipped with Swedish national post (Posten). Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.
Shipping and collecting international packages
International orders will be shipped with Fedex. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the Fedex website (www.fedex.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since UPS couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your Julian Red Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the Julian Red Store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery time
Swedish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
Currencies
Julian Red Store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
Uncollected packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Julian Red Store.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the Julian Red products to the Julian Red Store in perfect condition. The Julian Red products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. Julian Red Store will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error has occurred on the part of Julian Red Store. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Julian Red Store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Julian Red Store.
In the case of an exchange, Julian Red Store will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
Exchanges and sale
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that Julian Red Store will not accept exchanges.
